As for breakfast IMO its important cuz its ur first meal and u need power to go through the day .. some may disagree with that and some may not but i dont really give a ****, i never said eating 30gms of carbs is the right thing to do its normaly 50gms as postworkout, if u eat all the 100gms at breakfast or as post workout it wont ****in matter ...
